We in the West are becoming quickly like the East ... This was written before Ravi Zacharias' death and the scandal around him. Quite amazing is that Abdu is kind of prophecizing the judgement the world is throwing out about Ravi Zacharias' abuse scandal -- the Eastern way through an honour-shame lens. He says there is fear behind the honor-shame attitude - maybe he fell himself into this trap by totally succumbing to his RZIM organisation to speak out against Ravi, even taking his book from the market ... (just my personal thought).
