Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God (Mic. 6:8).

Mercy, not Sacrifice ... the title sounds like a ''nice sermon'', but you are in for a surprise! At least it took me quite a bit to swallow it and recognize my little (or better ''BIG'') idol of myself. What a deep lesson, God bless you, Timothy Keller, opening our eyes to these mind changing and heart changing lessons.

"But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners" (Mat 9:13 NIV). There's such great depth in the Bible, and I really like the way Tim Keller explores it and explains it, God bless him. Convicting talk, and good reminder of a basic principle. Our own righteousness is worthless and won't save us. Heaven is full of sinners, righteous only because they've accepted Him. "Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me..."
