I have to be honest and say, that there was a definite "disruption" in my plan for 2020 and the result has been greater dependence on the Lord, having faith that He is the grand master, Chess player and He will move all the pieces in the proper place to accomplish His good and perfect will.
The dilemma I have is which doors He is opening and expecting me, to take the steps of faith, to walk through. Those open doors, keep me desperate, dependent on the Lord and asking the advice and counsel from my long term friends.

You're a man of faith, Mike. I'll pray you have wisdom on which open doors to walk through and so that your chess piece winds up on the right square.
In my life, I've found that I don't always hear the voice of the Lord real clearly, "the still small voice," but that the Lord often works through the circumstances I find myself in. Maybe I'm dense, or maybe that's just how the Lord works with me, since He's merciful and knows my limitations. Anyway, seems like when I cooperate with what He seems to be doing, things turn out okay. Jacki and I were talking about it a while back, and she called it "the still small nudge," which I thought was pretty good. Maybe you can just follow the still small nudge.

I'm with you on that, Frank--I feel the same limitations that the Lord seems to work most often with me through the circumstances of where I find myself so I find my greatest challenge is not hearing the still small voice as much as being sensitive enough to yield to the small soft nudge, as you so appropriately put it.
