Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God (Mic. 6:8).
God has two dwellings; one in heaven, the other in a meek and thankful heart.

Cathy Don't Go ...

Someone recently wrote a Christian friend asking about the song "Cathy Don't Go." The person wrote:

"I am researching a song that is trending named “Cathy Don’t Go,” supposedly from 1985, which holds striking insights to the circumstances that we find ourselves in today..."

I decided to search for the song on line and was amazed at the links to it. I totalled up the five different youtube channels with the song, and it had nearly a million hits in total. I also found it on linkedin, spotify, an alternative website (posted here), on wikispooks, reddit, bitchute, a world news platform, and several news articles about the song! People find it fascinating that this song was recorded 35 years ago!

It is wonderful to see music produced decades ago still reaching people with a pertinent message and make them think about the Scriptures and what the future may hold. When I was young, verses about the endtime sparked my interest in the Bible. I know this is not the main thing in our walk with the Lord, but the Lord can certainly use this message to help people become curious about Him!
